we will do our best to prepare you for any unforeseen issues. Once we get to your location, we will take a few minutes to have you demonstrate the issue you have reported on so we are all on the same page. At that time, we will put a plan together to get it resolved. If we find other issues that arise, we will certainly point those out to you as well. Our customers tend to appreciate when we bring things to their attention to save on future service calls or provide insight and education from our years of working on these systems. However, there are times that circumstances are out of our control. If such problem should become apparent, we will work to resolve this issue promptly.
