As full-time RVers for over 10 years we found it impossible to locate reliable, affordable, and quality RV repair shops or mobile service technicians. We have personally traveled our beautiful United States from one side to the other in many different RVs, but one thing has always put a damper on the RV enjoyment…. service and maintenance! The anxiety it creates is overwhelming!
Regardless if you are a full-time RV family, or weekenders, the process is likely much the same:
You have to completely uproot yourself by removing all personal items from your RV to take it to a dealer and drop it off at the hands of strangers, who show very little concern for customer care.
But most importantly the “wonder game” will now commence:
You will “WONDER” when you will recieve your RV back, and if it will be repaired properly so you can enjoy your RV again
You will “WONDER” how much the repair is going to cost
You will “WONDER” if your concerns will be addressed and if a technician is available to perform the repairs or maintenance
You will "WONDER" if you will be able to discuss all issues regarding your RV
You will “WONDER” will everything you listed on your work order get handled effectively so that this process need not be repeated
Unfortunately, often times these questions go unanswered until you have exhausted all resources to verify your repairs have been made correctly. Upon delivering your disappointment and unsatisfaction to the service center or agency who performed the repairs, you will be instructed to return the unit the service center, and the process will begin all over again! This is very frustrating and often causes financial strain and stress on families trying to enjoy their RV!!

We decided after several failed attempts to locate what we were looking for in service/maintenance to dedicate our time to create this experience for other families.
